Heat Exchanger to Improve Broiler House Climate.

Heat exchangers work on the cross-flow principle. This means that warm poultry house air and cold fresh air flow through the exchanger at the same time, without coming into contact with each other. A set of filters ensures that only purified exhaust air enters the heat exchanger. Up to 99% dust separation is achieved. Thanks to the fully automatic cleaning of the cartridge filters by compressed air, there is no possibility of a decrease in exchanger performance during the entire fattening phase. To prevent dust or leaves from entering the heat exchanger, fresh air is also filtered. The exchanger is made of aluminium and has a ribbed structure. This guarantees a high heat transfer coefficient. A special coating protects against corrosion and ensures a long service life. The heated fresh air enters the poultry house via the shortest possible route. For more comfort for the birds, an optional hot-water heating element is also offered to heat the intake air on cold days further.
